We install in Auckland, Waikato and the Bay of Plenty regions. We have also designed, manufactured and installed in Wellington and Kaikoura. We are more than happy to ship our products to your door throughout New Zealand.
Is it Wrought Iron?
Genuine puddled wrought iron made from pig iron, is no longer commercially made. To the best of our knowledge there is only one place in the UK that can supply it, this is made by recycling the original material. Since its development in the 1850's mild steel has become the material of choice. Today, all ironwork is made from mild steel. The term 'wrought iron' describes a material that has been 'wrought', 'worked', by either man or machine, rather than describing the material itself.
