Iron Design is a family-run business
Today Iron Design is run by husband and wife team Craig and Jeggs Ryder. It was originally run by Craig's uncle who bought the company when it was still small. Over the years, under the guidance of several careful owners the business has gone from strength to strength. Craig started as an apprentice and then bought the business in 2009.
The business was based in Dive Cresent, down by the strand in Tauranga for most of its history until the council decided the Dive Crescent building had to be demolished as it wasn't earthquake-safe. Since 2020 we have been at our new home in Maleme Street in Greerton.
